A PROGRAM DESIGNED TO MOBILIZE THE CREATIVITY HIDDEN WITHIN ORGANIZATIONS

The grand illusion is that the world is divided between creative and non-creative people. The science is unequivocal; creativity is inherent in each of us.

IBM’s now famous survey of 1500 CEOs from 60 countries found that “More than rigor, management discipline, integrity or even vision — Successfully navigating an increasingly complex world will require creativity.”

Our team of creative professionals and neuroscientists have designed a unique methodology for tapping into the creative energy that lives within every organization. Our work is focused in three areas;

  • THE NEUROSCIENCE OF CREATIVITY

  • THE EXPERIENCE AND EXPLORATION OF CREATIVITY

  • THE HUMAN ASPECT OF CREATIVITY

People who complete the Leadership and Creativity program return to their work environment able to see new opportunities to take creative action, especially in areas where progress was previously seen as hard or not possible.

A ONE MONTH PROGRAM

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • DISCOVER their limitless potential for creative insight via cutting-edge neuroscience research and exercises that provide direct access to everyone’s inherent creative ability

  • DISTINGUISH the physical, social and emotional aspects of a workplace culture that give rise to communication, collaboration and creative-risk taking

  • ENGAGE in hands-on creative experimentation and practice including; writing, music, improvisation and more

  • EMPLOY new ways of speaking and listening that generate high levels of creativity

  • APPLY this work to a real-time creativity project

TUITION: $1500

SCHEDULE:

WEEK ONE

  • A scheduled one-on-one phone meeting to create the context of the program and to identify a creativity project. We define a creativity project as something important you have been working on, a lot of time and effort have been invested in the work and advancement is seen as hard to not possible.

WEEK TWO

  • Two days of classroom work where participants discover how the brain has the power to control and enhance our creativity. We explore the left-brain right-brain theory, the mirror neuron networks, the attention network and stress resilience systems in the brain — all essential for creativity.

  • Participants engage in hands-on creativity exercises that bring them face-to-face with their creative self. Through music, writing, ideation and more, we provide a platform for people to explore and expand their ability to feed and cultivate creativity

  • The human aspect of creativity inquires into the factors that define a creative culture. We introduce participants to distinctions of creativity enabling them to discover creative abilities previously hidden from view. When people apply the distinctions in their personal and professional life, barriers that previously limited their creativity are replaced with opportunities that promote creative collaboration, action and innovation.

WEEKS THREE AND FOUR

  • At the end of the classroom work each participant engages in a Creativity Project spanning a three week period. To successfully complete the project requires participants apply the distinctions taken from the program to what they are working on. The purpose is to demonstrate new found creative ability and to accomplish something previously not considered possible. Two calls are scheduled at one and a half weeks out and in week four to complete the work.
